A 3-year-old girl with stage 4 neuroblastoma and acute intra-tumoural haemorrhage. a Axial CT imaging obtained during an episode of acute abdominal pain and drop in haemoglobin shows a large left suprarenal mass with right paracolic free fluid (white arrow) and a blush of contrast within the peripheral left aspect of the mass (dashed arrow) in keeping with active contrast extravasation. b A repeat CT image obtained after vascular embolisation 1 month later reveals reduction in the size of the mass with organisation of the haematoma. The degree of left renal hydronephrosis also appears reduced
