Killian-Jamieson diverticulum. Frontal (a) fluoroscopic images from an esophagram demonstrate a focal outpouching of the anterolateral aspect of the esophagus containing an air-fluid level consistent with a Killian-Jamieson diverticulum. These lesions are rarely bilateral and are typically smaller than a Zenker diverticulum (< 1.5 cm).
