Termination of pregnancy was performed for suspected brain anomalies. Both imaging modalities were performed on the same day, 7 days after death. The images demonstrate views through the Foramen of Monroe (a, c) and through the posterior horns of the lateral ventricles (b, d). From both imaging modalities, there is moderate ventriculomegaly, with subtle irregularity of the ependymal lining best seen along the posterior horns of the lateral ventricles.
