Streaky-linear artefact type C. Coronal reconstructed 3D PD sequence of the knee with large FOV and without rest slab (a). The streaky-linear artefacts are depicted on the coronal reconstructed image (white arrow). If a rest slab (blue band) is placed with a small gap near to the scanned object (i.e. knee) the amount of artefacts is reduced (white arrow in b). If the rest slab is placed directly adjacent to the scanned object (i.e. knee) without any gap as shown in c and an oversampling rate of 10% is chosen, the artefact completely disappears
