On postoperative day 16, precontrast (a) and contrast-enhanced (b, c) CT showed fluid-attenuation collection (+) located ventrally and inferiorly to the left liver lobe, consistent with bile; distended stomach (o) with fluid indicating DGE, hyperattenuating blood (*) in the distended MJL (arrows). Without CT evidence of active bleeding, the patient was treated conservatively with blood transfusions
