(a) Sagittal and (b) axial T2-weighted images show a tortuous, tubular structure with internal fluid-fluid level in the left adnexa (white arrows). On (c) sagittal and (d) axial fat-suppressed T1-weighted images endoluminal content displays high signal intensity (white arrows), a finding consistent with hematosalpinx. Note the incomplete mucosal and submucosal plicae along the tubal wall (white arrowheads)
