Ileal adenocarcinoma fistulising to the skin in a 68-year-old man with long-standing CD, previous ileocecal resection, recent weight loss and two draining EFOs at the anterior abdominal wall. CT-enterography confirmed double ventral ECF (arrows) from a markedly thickened non-stratified ileal segment (thick arrows). Neoplastic infiltration of the anterior abdominal wall was pathologically confirmed after en-bloc surgical resection.
