Axial T2W image shows a heterogeneous signal-intensity lesion involving the subcutaneous tissue of the right lateral canthus (big arrow) with an infiltrating component extending into the extraconal compartment of the right orbit. There is suspicious invasion of the muscle cone and the globe (short arrow). b: Axial T1W image of the same patient does not show hyperintense signal within the lesion in keeping with low melanin content. c. Coronal contrast-enhanced FS TIW image reveals avid enhancement within the lesion. d. Axial PET/CT image of the same patient shows high FDG uptake within the lesion due to high glucose metabolism. No other lesions were detected in the rest of the body
