Non-Hodgkin lymphoma in a 34-year-old female with fulminant hepatic failure. Gray-scale US images demonstrating diffuse linear as well as nodular hypoechoic periportal cuffing (arrowheads and arrow, respectively). The patient had a rapidly downhill clinical course and succumbed to her illness within a week of admission. Post-mortem liver biopsy revealed findings consistent with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
