A 61-year-old female patient visited the ED with chest pain and mild dyspnoea. The patient was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and had carried a pacemaker since 2000. Echocardiography showed a questionable patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). A thoracic CTA was ordered. Patent ductus arteriosus.
