STIR (d) and T1W contrast sequences (e) show an enhancing irregular mass in the outer half of the left breast with focal enhancement along the nipple areolar region. The patient underwent left mastectomy with axillary clearance. The histopathology was suggestive of Paget’s disease of the nipple with underlying DCIS of solid and micropapillary growth pattern having a high nuclear grade
