Sagittal T2-weighted MR image (a) and axial T2-weighted MR image (b). Large cervical cancer with infiltration of the lower segment of the uterine corpus. The parametria are circumferentially infiltrated and the tumour extends anteriorly to the bladder, with transmural invasion and fistulae (arrow). Bilateral, nodal metastases of the external iliac groups are also seen (arrowheads)
