A well-defined, heterogeneous nodule with moderate enhancement on portal phase arising from the gastric fundus was found (yellow arrows). Diffuse liver steatosis can also be observed. d Microscopic studies performed after surgical removal of the lesion demonstrated high amount of mesenchymal fusiform cells combined with vascular structures. Small focis of inflammatory infiltrates were present. The lesion showed well-defined contours and an expansive growth pattern
