A 66-year-old female, 7 months out from lumpectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy and radiation therapy, presents for first post-treatment mammogram. Diffuse left breast skin and trabecular thickening accompanied by post-surgical distortion in the breast and axilla are visible.
