Intestinal tuberculosis. Axial (a) and reformatted coronal (b) contrast-enhanced CT scans show parietal irregular and asymmetric thickening of the caecum (large arrows), an appearance that mimics colon cancer. Also note low attenuation adenopathy (thin arrows), a usual finding in tuberculosis. Mild pericolonic fat stranding is also seen.
