Huge fluid attenuation collection that extends from the left posterior pararenal space to the ipsilateral pelvis (*) on unenhanced (a) and CM-enhanced (b) MDCT acquisitions in a 70-year-old patient with fever and lumbar pain 8 days after RARLP. In the excretory phase (cf, including a volume-rendering 3D image) the collection is filled with enhanced urine, indicating urinoma from ureteral injury (arrows in e, f). Note displacement of the left kidney in a, d, of the urinary bladder in f. Surgical treatment included drainage of the urinoma and ureterocystostomy
