A 46-year-old man with progressive shortness of breath. He was diagnosed with HIV and endomyocardial biopsy revealed cardiac lymphoma. Echocardiography suggested diastolic heart failure. a Short-axis SSFP sequence showed circumferential infiltration of the basal segments of the right and left ventricle. b Pre-contrast T1-weighted horizontal long-axis sequence showed extensive lymphomatous infiltration of all four heart chambers. c Post-contrast T1-weighted horizontal long-axis sequence showed marked enhancement of the extensive lymphomatous infiltrating masses throughout the heart
